The Process After The Order Is Successfully Paid

”After the order is successfully paid, do I just need to wait for you to ship the shoes?“

The answer is "no"

👉👉👉After your successful payment, the customer service will contact you via WhatsApp and email to confirm the order information and QC photos (Quality Control Photos).

⚠Please make sure that the phone number and email in the order information are correct, and our emails have not entered your spam box.So that customer service can contact you.

Confirm Order Information

Usually within 24 hours after your payment, the customer service will send you an "order information confirmation" via WhatsApp and email, please check whether the size, address, phone number and other information are correct. If everything is ok, please reply to customer service "everything is correct"

⚠If the information is incorrect, it is likely that the courier company will not be able to deliver the shoes.

Confirm QC photos

Usually within 2 days after confirming the order information, the customer service will send you photos of your shoes for confirmation (QC photos). If you are satisfied, please reply to customer service "everything is correct", then we will ship the shoes.
